Offers a free program to help qualified low-income homeowners make their homes safer, healthier, and more energy-efficient. Some of the weatherization measures that may be installed in homes include: heat duct repair and sealing, furnace tune-up, repair or replacement, ductless heat pump installation (electric heat only), attic, wall and floor insulation, rodent barrier repair, skirting repair, water heater repair or replacement, and kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans.
