Office is located in Tanbara Community Health Care Clinic on the first floor. Clinic is just off of 44th and Portland in Tacoma.
Pierce County residents interested in health coverage and are unable to sign up for it over the internet or through the Health Care Authority call center. Targets those who live in Salishan, members of the Slavic Community, and those who speak Cambodian, Thai or Vietnamese.
Call to schedule an appointment. Appointments will typically last 45 minutes to an hour.

Provides volunteers to help sign people up for healthcare through the Health Care Authority. In Person Assisters (IPAs) are trained and certified to provide impartial information to help people determine which insurance option best meets their needs. IPAs also help identify a person's eligibility for reduced premiums and assist in completing applications and enrollment through in-person meetings, phone calls or interactive electronic communication.
