Adult Behavioral Health Services offered at Sound's Belltown Clinic

Provides recovery services for King County adults experiencing mental health symptoms or substance use disorders. Offers comprehensive and integrated programs designed to treat the entire person including recovery and resiliency-oriented outpatient counseling, and case management. Addresses a range of issues - from mild situational stressors to more acute or chronic behavioral health diagnoses. Can assist with: - Schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders - Anxiety Disorders - Gender Affirming Care for Gender Incongruence - Trauma and stressor related disorders (from domestic violence, sexual or other abuse etc.) - Substance Related and Addictive Disorders - Bipolar Disorder - Some Neurodevelopmental disorders - Personality Disorders - Dissociative Disorders - Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) - Disruptive, Impulse-Control disorders. Some locations provide enhanced case management for enrolled clients. All services are culturally respectful and designed to foster client's attainment of stability and growth consistent with their individualized goals. Offers both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Call for enrollment information.

Fee

Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and most commercial health plans.  Accepts Medicare for clients ages 60 and older.  Sliding scale fee available for private pay clients.

Eligibility

King County residents with acute or chronic mental health conditions or addiction concerns as well as those with short term challenges, such as depression or trauma disorders. Can serve clients who are co-occurring.
