Eligibility
Youth and young adults who are between the ages of 12 - 24, reside in King County, are currently homeless or in a crisis that could lead to the young person running away, and have a supportive adult they trust to work with them during their time in the program.

Partners with youth and families to improve housing stability for young people (ages 12–24) in King County who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. We provide intensive case management to support both the young person and a trusted adult throughout the program.
Our services include outreach, family mediation, advocacy, and referrals that promote family reunification and long-term stability. Each young person works with our team to create a personalized, strengths-based plan focused on family engagement, housing, health, education, employment, life skills, and safety.
