Asotin County children ages birth-18, who have or are at risk of developing, serious physical, developmental, behavioral, or emotional conditions.

Providing organization
Asotin County Health District
Provides referral for health care, birth control, STD/HIV/AIDS Program, immunization clinic, screening for glasses for the needy through the Lion's Club. Administers WIC to aid children 0-5 and pregnant women. Support services for pregnant women and children  with special health care needs. First Steps Programs in maternity support services that include pregnancy tests, medical transportation, case management, prenatal education, housing and legal aid.
