Eligibility
Homeowners in South Seattle, Central District, White Center, Skyway/Bryn Mawr, Renton, Bellevue (applicants would need to apply directly with the City of Bellevue), Glendale or Federal Way as well as all of Kittitas County.
  • Household income qualified at or below 80% of the Area Median Income
  • Repairs must be related to health and safety and/or preservation of the home.
  • Cannot assist with emergency repairs.

Fees
Minor Home Repairs are subject to a one-time $50 program fee per project. Critical Home Repairs are subject to a deferred, 0% loan for the cost of the work done. Homeowners with a reverse mortgage or those who own a manufactured home on leased land are subject to a one-time $100 program fee per project instead of a loan.

  • Exterior/Interior Doors
  • Electrical, Plumbing and Heating Repairs
Minor repairs include:
