The registered nurse plans, develops, implements and evaluates a highly individualized plan of care under the physician orders. The RN provides the following: health and diabetic teaching, assessment of home situation, catheter changes and care, IV therapy, wound care, post operative colostomy care and training, care for the terminally ill, pain management and drawing blood samples that are necessary for the treatment of your medical condition.
