Disabled individuals who need assistance and are qualified through DDD.

Hours

8am to 5pm from Monday through Friday

Application process

Call to arrange an appointment with a manager to discuss specific needs. A manager will then assist in contacting a case manager for the Division of Developmental Disabilities to determine eligibility.
