Description

Provides six units of housing for low-income people with HIV/AIDS who are unable to live independently. Residents are supported with daily medical management, medication oversight by trained professionals, hygiene and nutritional care, and emotional support. The facility consists of six studio-style rooms, each with private entrance, bathroom, furnishings and adjoined to a community living space. The family-home setting allows residents to maintain independence while having access to support services to remain healthy. Services include: 24 Hour Care, Medical Supervision, Nutritional Guidance, Recovery Support, Personal Care Assistance, Transportation, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Support Groups, and Recreational Activities.
