Willows Youth Services Center serves young adults aged 18 through 24 years old who are experiencing homelessness or actively fleeing domestic violence with nowhere else to go. Service animals are welcome. As part of our intake process, we conduct a sex offender registry check for all new guests.
Daily check-in at 7am, 24 hours daily. Drop-in, 9am-8pm.

For overnight shelter, we open our list daily at 7am. Interested guests should call, text, or show up at 7am to get their name on the list for that night. We also keep a daily waitlist if our list fills up for the night. Intakes are completed on-site when people arrive. Our shelter operates as a low-barrier program, ensuring accessibility with minimal requirements for entry.

Young adult drop-in and overnight shelter services operate 24 hours a day, providing a safe and supportive environment for clients. Guests have access to meals, showers, laundry, hygiene supplies, clothing, laptops/Wi-Fi, TV/video games, a library/art/game room, an outdoor basketball court, and a medical clinic (which is staffed weekly). On-site services include housing navigation, employment support, behavioral health therapy, substance abuse counseling, and other resource referrals. The shelter space has 23 individual cubes (with half walls for privacy) and three Murphy beds. During severe weather activations, our shelter expands to shelter 35 guests nightly. Guests are also provided with overnight storage for their personal belongings.
