Provides a group-oriented program design focusing on education, skill development, relationships and transition.  An Individual Treatment Plan is developed and managed for each patient using a multi-disciplinary treatment team including a psychiatrist, nurse and clinical therapist.  Education and treatment of co-occurring disorder are available.
