Eligibility
Must meet HUD Section 8 household income limitation and be 62 or older, or meet HUD disability requirements. Income limits for 2023 in the Seattle market are: $70,650 for a single member household or $80,750 for a two member household. (2 people is the maximum household size/occupancy for the building).
