Offers a few programs to help the community with Harm Reduction. Meds First Offers a Medication Assisted Treatment for those who are struggling with opiate addiction. Provides a care navigator to support someone while they get stable on medications, and help facilitate a transition to long-term medication care with a community provider. Harm Reduction Provides a syringe exchange and wound care.
