Eligibility

Muckleshoot tribal members and their dependents. Individuals need to be tribal and registered through Muckleshoot. Will need to register through the tribe to be seen. Please call for full program eligibility.

M-F, 8am-5pm.

None for eligible clients; services may be subject to 3rd party billing.

Capacity Update: Immediate Openings. Provides suboxone and general outpatient treatment services for eligible clients.   Induction typically occurs within 1-4 weeks of initial phone contact.   1st Visit is for initial clinic paperwork.   2nd Visit is for SUD assessment with the behavioral program.   3rd Visit  is with the doctor to receive your prescription. Counseling and/or support groups are not a requirement to receive MAT services. Poly-substance users will be referred to the Behavioral Health program for services.
