Youth and young adults who are between the ages of 12 and 24, reside in King County, are currently homeless or in a crisis that could lead to the young person running away, and have a supportive adult they trust to work with them during their time in the program.

Description

The program provides long-term case management services such as Intensive youth and family-focused case management services, including outreach, family mediation, family finding, advocacy, referral, and connections supporting family reunification and stabilization and creating individualized, strengths-based, young person-driven service plans in core areas of family engagement, housing, mental and physical health, chemical dependency, education, employment, life skills, and safety.

With a holistic, wraparound approach, our dedicated team of 300+ employees met the complex needs of over 5,000 individuals in 2024, providing safe housing, behavioral health support, educational opportunities, employment assistance, and violence prevention programs. Our impact has extended across three counties for over five decades.
