Youth and young adults who are between the ages of 12 and 24, reside in King County, are currently homeless or in a crisis that could lead to the young person running away, and have a supportive adult they trust to work with them during their time in the program.
M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm.

Description

The program provides long-term case management services such as Intensive youth and family-focused case management services, including outreach, family mediation, family finding, advocacy, referral, and connections supporting family reunification and stabilization and creating individualized, strengths-based, young person-driven service plans in core areas of family engagement, housing, mental and physical health, chemical dependency, education, employment, life skills, and safety.
