Provides information about the services and support available in King County for unpaid caregivers of adults ages 18 and older. Services available throughout the county include: - Referrals to local support groups, counseling, and other resources. - Training on specific caregiving topics. - Advice on the use of supplies and equipment. - Practical information and caregiving suggestions. - Respite care

Application process
When a caregiver contacts the network, a caregiver specialist conducts an interview to better understand the caregiver’s current caregiving situation, sources of stress, and stress level. The interview can be completed by phone. Alternatively, caregivers can download and print a Personal Caregiver Survey and contact a caregiver specialist to discuss next steps. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.

The King County Caregiver Network comprises service providers who receive funding from the Area Agency on Aging for Seattle-King County to provide community-based support.
