Eligibility
Frail and vulnerable adults of all ages who are in need of functional support outside their homes. PT/OT evaluations provided. Medicaid, private pay, VA, and County has a grant to fund.

4-hour program: Provides Adult Day programs that include two traditional programs, one memory care program, and one program for Traumatic or Acquired Brain Injury.
Traditional programs offer morning, afternoon and full-day sessions which are designed to meet the functional and cognitive needs through an individually tailored plan of care.
If in Pierce Transit cachment area, we pay for transit to/from our program. Participants leave with a full meal. We have a nurse who evaluates, provides injections/medications while in our program and light wound care if needed.
