Eligibility
Adults 18+ with a history of opioid dependence.  Must be working with other professional recovery supports.
Hours
8am to 5pm from Monday through Thursday and 8am to 4pm on Fridays

Accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private insurance, and private pay. Self-pay clients: Initial visit: $400, Follow-up appointments: $180.

Will accept clients with a history of poly-substance use. Must be working with other professional recovery supports.  Administers random urine drug screenings as part of ongoing treatment.
