Eligibility
Must have SUD assessment done prior to admittance into the Suboxone program.
Hours
8am to 7pm from Tuesday through Thursday and 8am to 5pm on Fridays

Provides suboxone medication and outpatient tx services in a office based medical clinic setting.   Induction typically occurs within 4-7 business days after initial phone contact.  Individual counseling is required to enroll in MAT services.  Poly substance users are accepted on a case by case basis.
