  • Self‑identifying as having an intellectual or developmental disability.
  • Family members, guardians, professionals, or community members connected to someone with an intellectual or developmental disability.
  • Inclusive of a wide range of diagnoses — such as autism, Asperger’s, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, intellectual disability, Fragile X, Williams syndrome, Angelman syndrome, traumatic brain injury in childhood, developmental delay, and similar conditions.

Provides information and resources related to developmental disability issues. Offers information, individualized consultation, referrals, and workshops about community and government resources for people of all ages. Common topics include Social Security benefits such as SSI and SSDI, Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) eligibility and services, community transition for high school graduates preparing for employment, special education and school issues, early intervention and birth‑to‑3 services, housing options, employment services, personal and respite care, locating doctors or therapists, transportation, recreational activities, guardianship and alternatives, and special needs trusts.
