Individuals with WA Apple Health (Medicaid) are accepted for enrollment in the county mental health system who are ready to leave inpatient or institutional care, yet who require intensive services in order to successfully maintain in the community.
Office: M-F, 9am-5pm. Client Services: 24 hours daily.

Payment Options
Intensive congregate care program provides 24-hour case management, therapeutic milieu, training in adult living skills, development of employment or educational opportunities, symptom management, medication management, group therapy, medication support, family support and advocacy. A client is also eligible for PHP (prepaid health plan). Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s). There are 16 beds available.
Transitional Resources
Offers intensive, congregate care, residential mental health treatment, crisis intervention, supportive housing, vocational rehabilitation and outreach case management programs.
