Description
Intensive congregate care program provides 24-hour case management, therapeutic milieu, training in adult living skills, development of employment or educational opportunities, symptom management, medication management, group therapy, medication support, family support and advocacy. A client is also eligible for PHP (prepaid health plan). Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s). There are 16 beds available.
