Offers intensive outpatient behavioral health treatment for adults and adolescents that follows a group therapy format. Group therapy allows for individuals to have peer support that address similar challenges while working towards specific treatment goals. Develops a treatment plan based on the initial screening and individual needs of the client. Program focuses on

  • Building Effective and Healthy Social and Communication Skills
  • Mindfulness
  • Increasing Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem
  • Decreasing Self Harm
  • Improving Relationships and Interpersonal Skills
Adolescents Provides strong clinical treatments with a focus on family support and resources. Addresses issues such as anxiety, depression, life transition, loss of pleasure, lack of support, struggling at work or school, and avoiding social activities. Sessions run typically from 6-8 weeks and are offered at both day and evening hours. Tele-health sessions may be available. Coordinates the following groups:
  • Adult Co-Ed Group
  • Women’s Only Group
  • Adolescent Co-Ed Group
  • Military Co-Ed Group
  • Anger Management Group
