Eligibility
Open to anyone - the uninsured, underinsured, or those experiencing high deductibles. The program may help anyone save on prescription costs. Card can be used every time visiting a pharmacy.
Hours
8am to 5pm from Monday through Thursday and 8am to 4pm on Fridays
