- Must be a veteran of the United States Armed Forces with honorable discharge, reside in Yakima County, and meet low-income requirements. - Prior incarceration.

Assists veterans who have been incarcerated with non-violent offense with successful transition back into the community. Services include housing, mental health, substance abuse counseling, basic needs, employment, and veterans benefits.
