Located in the yellow-walled, red-roofed building on N Mission Ave between Fifth St and Seventh St.
Eligibility
Adults 18+ with a history of opioid dependence.  Must be working with other professional recovery supports.
Hours
8am to 5pm from Monday through Thursday and 8am to 4pm on Fridays

Accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private insurance, and private pay. Self-pay clients: Initial visit: $400, Follow-up appointments: $180.

Provides medication assisted treatment (MAT) services to clients who are already working with or who are willing to work with behavioral health and/or recovery supports. Will accept clients with a history of poly-substance use. Must be working with other professional recovery supports.  Administers random urine drug screenings as part of ongoing treatment.
