Participants may also purchase a computer at a subsidized price at initial enrollment and will be eligible for free Internet training - online, in print and in person.

Eligibility
Those who do not have outstanding debt to Comcast less than one year old and who live in an area where Comcast service is available, but have not subscribed to it within the last 90 days. Must also be receiving or eligible for public assistance with income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, including the following: - Medicaid - HUD housing assistance, such as public housing, Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8 Vouchers) or Multifamily Vouchers (Project-Based Section 8) - Basic Food (SNAP) - TANF - SSI - National School Lunch Program or Head Start - LIHEAP - WIC - VA Pension - Tribal assistance

Clients receive 1224 GB of usage per month. If exceeded, increments of 50 GM for an additional $10 is added up to $100. 00 max per month.
