Offers case management for youth, 18-24 yrs of age who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. An intake will be conducted to assess the needs and barriers of the youth; they will then be referred to resources in the community that will help them overcome the barriers to reach their full potential.

Rod’s House envisions an END to youth homelessness in the Yakima Valley. To break the cycle of homelessness we will engage volunteers, donors, and the community to ensure young people’s basic human needs are met and that they have a safe, stable home; permanent, positive connections; meaningful education and employment opportunities; behavioral and physical healthcare; and supports that reinforce their individual abilities. Serving young people in Yakima County between the ages of 13-24.
