Eligibility
Low-income adults in Skagit County unable to work for at least 90 days due to a physical or mental incapacity and who are ineligible for the Aged, Blind or Disabled cash assistance program. Eligibility is determined by DSHS.
Coordinated Entry eligibility is required following DSHS approval.

Application process
Apply in person at a local DSHS Community Services Office, online at washingtonconnection.org, or by calling the DSHS Customer Service line. Once DSHS has determined medical and financial eligibility, they will provide a referral to the regional HEN provider.
