The Access Center is the single point of entry for any service at Greater Lakes. A trained mental health specialist will be ready to discuss individual needs and assist in scheduling an appointment at any of Greater Lakes' locations. They also determine when crisis services are needed or when referrals to another community agency or resources are more appropriate. Several outreach locations are in the Bethel/Spanaway area.
