Charges are on a fee-for-service basis. Charity care program based on ability to pay and review of individual/family income and assets. Provides self-pay and insurance reimbursements. Medicare and WA Apple Health (Medicaid) are accepted. The Financial Counseling Department assists patients with financial applications for public assistance (DSHS) programs.
