Provides individual, group, and family counseling for outpatient substance use disorder treatment. Specializes in methadone and suboxone maintenance, as well as DUII education and rehabilitation. Coordinates care with primary care physicians, social services, and court systems. Provides monthly status reports of patient's progress in treatment to courts or other referral sources. Also provides a variety of ancillary services (tuberculosis testing, HIV testing, hepatitis c education, medication monitoring, etc.).
