Households must meet all of the following: live in a disaster-declared area, be unable to return home because of the disaster, and be a resident of Washington State. They must also have income below the limit, not qualify for other programs that could help, and show they have an urgent financial need.

Clark, WA

Description

Provides a one time payment to people who are not eligible for other cash programs when the Governor declares a state of emergency. The program is only available to individuals once within a 12 month period. Applicants are not required to be a US citizen or to have certain alien status to receive the assistance. Any Disaster Cash Assistance Program (DCAP)payment is excluded from the public charge test.
