Must be a client of New Hope Resource Center (NHRC). Those interested in becoming clients must live in the service area, complete an application, and meet low-income guidelines. NHRC service area: 99005, 99021, 99003, 99009, the parts of 99208 and 99218 north of Hawthorne Road, the part of 99025 north of East Newman Lake Drive and the part of 99156 that is within Spokane County. Excludes Deer Park.
