Eligibility

Adult women ages 18 and older who have, or are eligible for, WA Apple Health (Medicaid). Must have a documented mental health disorder and a substance use disorder diagnosis.

9am to 5pm from Monday through Friday

Provides residential treatment services for men with a mental health condition and substance use disorder within a therapeutic home-like environment. Men participate in individual and group therapy sessions as part of treatment as part of their individualized service plan. Services also include:
  • Daily medication monitoring
  • Once a week medication management with our in-house psychiatric prescriber
  • Daily check-ins with case managers for recovery support and assistance accessing community resources
  • Transportation provided for all healthcare, housing, CPS, and legal appointments
  • Discharge planning including referrals to housing resources
