Eligibility

Adults ages 60 or older, adults ages 18 or older with disabilities, and unpaid caregivers in Grays Harbor County. Adults ages 55 and older without a caregiver may be eligible for additional services if they need help with activities such as bathing, walking, and taking medications.

Provides a network of in-home and community services, supports, programs and assistance to older adults and adults with disabilities in Clallam, Grays Harbor, Jefferson and Pacific Counties. O3A'S multidimensional approach includes both direct and contracted service delivery; community outreach with disease prevention and health promotion; and strategies to increase access to medical, health care, and supportive services. O3A can help explore options, answer questions, and link to services.
