Eligibility
Adults ages 60 or older, adults ages 18 or older with disabilities, and unpaid caregivers in Grays Harbor County.
Adults ages 55 and older without a caregiver may be eligible for additional services if they need help with activities such as bathing, walking, and taking medications.

O3A'S multidimensional approach includes both direct and contracted service delivery; community outreach with disease prevention and health promotion; and strategies to increase access to medical, health care, and supportive services.
