Provides a pass for entry into all federal lands and waters. Participating agencies include the National Park Service, the Bureau of Land Management, the Bureau of Reclamation, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Forest Service, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The pass admits the 4th grader plus all children under 16 and up to three adults for free or one passenger vehicle with the 4th grader plus all children under 16 and up to three adults.
