Offers a rapid re-housing and homeless prevention program for youth, including providing help with developing a living plan and goals to live independently. Youth will be supported intensely in gaining skills in all life domains such as housing, education, employment, relational development, and financial literacy. Provides subsidy-based housing on a graduated rent subsidy model in which the young adult will have responsibility in paying a portion of their rent. As a scattered site program, youth will be given help in locating and securing appropriate housing and entering into appropriate lease agreements.
