Single family homes with any heat source located in Okanogan County. Program is available to homeowners or renters. Household income must be under 200% of Federal Poverty Level or 80% of Area Median Income.

Provides energy saving measures to dwellings, including insulation, venting, and/or air sealing to help make the home more energy efficient. Conducts a free energy analysis of homes in Okanogan County and recommends a conservation package to assist with energy saving improvements. Services include insulation of ceiling, walls, floors, ducts and pipes; broken glass replacement; hot water tank wrap and low-flow shower heads; air sealing; appropriate venting; indoor air quality; and health and safety testing.
