Eligibility
A household may only enroll in one Lifeline discount program at a time, cell phone or landline.
Household income is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level. OR
Participates in any of the following programs:
- Federal Public Housing Assistance (Section 8)
- Food Stamps (SNAP)
- Medicaid/Medical Assistance/Medicare cost-share
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
