Helps people with disabilities live independently in their community. Offers a range of training activities to develop daily life skills, safety and well-being, and financial stability. Works one-on-one to create individual goals for independence and road maps for achieving them. Connects people with disabilities to the following resources for additional help:

  • Assistive technology
Provides emergency preparedness for disabled individuals by creating a plans in case of a disaster. Helps with fire drills, emergency planning, connection with local EMS, and building an emergency kit.
