Provides unfurnished apartments with kitchens for independent adults, 62 years and older. Some units are subsidized, and clients must meet guidelines for low-income senior housing. Services include laundry, bookmobile and a wellness program. Currently, Hilltop has food provided for free from HomeBites once per day except Saturdays. Building is secure.
Hilltop House
Provides a residence for self-sufficient adults 62 years of age or older. Hilltop has a combination of units subsidized through Seattle Housing Authority, and through HUD's SPRAC program. Hilltop also has a few non-subsidized apartments which have a minimum and maximum rent - in between the minimum and maximum, rent is calculated at 40% of annual income.
