Hands out safe disposal containers and naloxone kits, and provides education, intervention, and referrals to behavioral health services, including treatment for substance use disorders.
Mobile van travels to locations in Mount Vernon, Sedro Woolley, Burlington, Concrete, Anacortes, and Marblemount.
