Eligibility

Those who have been diagnosed with diabetes or pre-diabetes. Physician's referral preferred but not required.

M-F, 8am-5pm.

Diabetes

Provides a variety of diabetes classes including classes for those who are newly diagnosed, classes about living with diabetes and classes for women with gestational diabetes. Also coordinates a diabetes support group.
