Office-based medical and behavioral health clinic that offers substance use disorder treatment with medication assisted treatment. Prescribes both Suboxone and Vivitrol. Clinic offers same day induction services for those that are highly motivated. Otherwise, able to induce medication within 4 days from initial contact.
