Must be referred by a clinician or treatment provider. Patients are expected to have a full commitment to sobriety. Poly-substance use is not allowed. Can see clients under age 18.
M-F, 8:30am-5pm.
Call for more information. Same day induction is possible for highly motivated clients. Otherwise induction occurs within 1-4 weeks of initial phone contact.

Focus Population
Provides suboxone and Vivitrol in an outpatient medical clinic setting. Clients must be punctual and meet all criteria of program to remain enrolled. Primary care services and medical detox are offered for clients that meet the needed criteria.

Physicians help educate on preventative care, offer the proper screenings, and diagnose ailments and other health concerns. They can also connect patients to the Swedish network of hospitals and specialists.
