Outpatient mental health treatment program offers case management, counseling and a peer support day program. Day program provides services such as: - Member prepared daily lunches - Weekly food bank - House jobs - Holiday parties - Camping trips - Various activity groups - Group treatment Case management assists clients in obtaining social services. Mental health services provide crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, psychiatry and medication management. Collaborates with apartment house managers, government agencies and other treatment providers. FOR TIER-ELIGIBLE CLIENTS ONLY.
