Distributes free backpacks to children during a one-day giveaway, with some locations also offering limited school supplies. Each child present receives one backpack on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Additionally, a few students are randomly selected to receive a "golden ruler" along with their backpack, granting them $250 to purchase school supplies.
