Clients must be enrolled with Swinomish Tribe or living with a tribal member on the reservation.  Except at the Didgwalic Wellness Program which is open to everyone but prioritizes Native Americans and pregnant women.

Provides Suboxone medication and outpatient counseling for Tribal members and their families.Clients must be enrolled with Swinomish Tribe, living with a tribal member on the reservation, or the spouse of a tribal member. PA sees Suboxone clients on Wednesdays only.  Counseling is required to receive mental health or substance abuse services.  Induction typically happens 1-3 weeks after initial phone contact.  Poly substance users are accepted on a case by case basis.
