Description
Provides STI testing and treatment, partner therapy, well-woman care, urine pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound, and limited prenatal care. Also offers FEMM (fertility awareness), IUD or Nexplanon removal, doctor or nurse consults for established patients, miscarriage follow-up, and community referrals with application assistance. Can not assist with infertility care, surgical and invasive procedures, contraception, abortion services, chronic condition management, obstetric care, complex gynecology, and follow-up for unresolved issues after treatment.
