Providing organization

Skagit Friendship House

Private non-profit hospitality house for the homeless with separate facilities for men and women.  First come, first served.  Both facilities are sober living and shelter people 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. This is a 90 day program. Not a drop in shelter. This organization also has a cafe that serves a hot dinner to the public, as well as a sack lunch off site. These meals are served everyday of the year. The also offer services for homeless individuals such as free clothing, showers, hygiene products, and a place to do laundry. They also facilitate the low-barrier 45 cabin Skagit First Step Center in Burlington, a family program, and emergency cold weather shelter.
